A comprehensive intake session (60–90 minutes) to understand your history, concerns, and goals, whether the focus is mental health, substance use, or both.

DUI & Risk Assessment
Court-ordered or voluntary evaluations, including DUI risk assessments and risk education, accepted for court-ordered clients.

Individual, Group & Family Counseling
Ongoing ~53-minute sessions using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, one-on-one, with family, or in a group setting.

In-Person or Telehealth, Your Choice
Available at our Chicago office or virtually, with most clients seen within 1–2 days of reaching out.

Reports, Referrals & Documentation
Court reports, disability and FMLA assessments, and referrals to an independent psychiatric provider when medication management is needed.
