Ongoing ~53-minute sessions using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, one-on-one, with family, or in a group setting.

Available at our Chicago office or virtually, with most clients seen within 1–2 days of reaching out.
Reports, Referrals & Documentation
Court reports, disability and FMLA assessments, and referrals to an independent psychiatric provider when medication management is needed.

Yes. Your sessions are confidential and protected under HIPAA. We only share information with your written consent or when required by law.
